By Alexandra Brown on October 31, 2014

Halloween is fast approaching, and we all know what this means: shamelessly eating unlimited amounts of candy as if we’re children again, and spending endless hours thinking up and creating the perfect, most clever/scary/relevant costumes we’re capable of.

But, it also means having the opportunity to prepare a variety of Halloween-themed drinks, whether they are for casual occasions, or for parties. Refer to the list below for Halloween-appropriate drink ideas!

1. Pumpkin Latte

The classic Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte is a favorite among coffee lovers in the fall, but you can also make it at home with the right ingredients.

By steaming some milk, brewing espresso shots, adding in pumpkin flavoring and other spices of your choice, and mixing all together, you can have a drink as good as the real thing, all done without having to leave home.

You can also top it off with cool whip, and more pumpkin spices!

Then, add the jello to shot glasses about half way, and place in the fridge for 20 minutes. Finally, repeat with one cup of boiling water, the orange jello and unflavored gelatin.

Fill the shot glasses so they are almost completely full, place in the fridge for 20 minutes, and up to an hour before serving, add cool whip and sprinkles to the top.
